We only accept reservations at least for 3 nights (July and August)

The checkin is from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, outside these hours will be charged an extra fee of 15 € if it is made after 23.00 any day of the week the rate is 25 €
Is smoking throughout the residence, except in outer space in accordance with the legislation in force
During the academic year, from September to June the minimum rental is 5 months. In the summer some rooms available for hire daily minimum of 3 nights.
Visitors will have to pay the cost of 15 € per night

if you cancel or change the dates of your reservation we will not refund your reservation deposit
